Shipping policy

Bikes:

Bike shipping starts at $39 to most metro and selected regional areas. 

For some regional and remote locations, a higher delivery rate may apply and will be calculated at checkout*. Accessories ship free when ordered with a bike.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days and delivery usually takes the number of business days shown below.

  • SA: 2–5 business days
  • VIC: 3–6 business days
  • NSW & ACT: 4–7 business days
  • QLD: 4–8 business days
  • WA & TAS & NT: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are a guide based on previous deliveries. Most orders arrive within the ranges shown, but it’s always worth allowing a little buffer — especially for regional and more remote areas, which are more likely to be toward the higher end of the estimate.

*We currently ship within Australia only. Some locations may not be available at checkout — please contact us and we’ll check the best available freight option and provide a personalised shipping quote. We do not post to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions.

 

Accessories:

For accessory-only orders, shipping is $15 for orders up to $150 and free for orders over $150.

Accessories ordered with a base bike ship free and are usually packed inside the bike box.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Once dispatched, accessory orders usually follow the same estimated delivery timeframes shown above.

We only ship within Australia at this time.
