SMS Communications

•    Sending transactional updates about your orders (e.g., shipping confirmations and delivery notifications).
•    Sending marketing or promotional messages (including offers, new product alerts, and updates) if you have consented to receive these.

Shopify (our e-commerce platform)

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. When you visit our Site, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with our Services, Shopify processes certain information to operate and support the platform and to provide services to us and to you.

When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify may also process certain personal information to provide “Enhanced Services”. These services may incorporate information derived from your interactions with our store, with other merchants that use Shopify, and with Shopify itself (for example, to help improve personalisation, store performance, and advertising effectiveness).

base bikes will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We  will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
