Frameset
Crafted from premium, ultra- lightweight Aluminium, our bike is designed with a low centre of gravity for enhanced balance and a long wheelbase to boost stability. This thoughtful design not only makes it easier for kids to handle but also provides ample room for growth.
The total bike weight, including the pedals, is 8.5kg!
Wheels and Tyres
Super lightweight alloy rims with durable stainless steel spokes to prevent rust and Australian Standard compliant Cateye reflectors on each wheel.
Kenda Small Block 20*1.5 inch tyres with low rolling resistance and great for paved and light trail use.
7-speed rear cassette
Equipped with a Shimano 7-speed rear cassette for smooth transition between gears, making it easier for children to tackle various terrains and longer rides.
Shimano grip-shift 7-speed drivetrain with wide-span 12-32T gearing. We've equipped the bike with a grip shifter for gear changes, as its intuitive design makes it easier for kids who are just learning to navigate through gears.
Drivetrain
A sealed bottom bracket with steel cups for longevity, a Prowheel chainwheel with a double-sided chain guard to prevent little fingers from getting stuck in the chain. The narrow Q-factor (the horizontal distance between the pedals) is ergonomically adapted for children’s bodies, ensuring natural movement and optimal pedalling efficiency.
Saddle
Child-proportioned with a lightweight alloy stem. The saddle can be easily adjusted up and down using the quick release.
The seat post also has a clear, minimum insertion line, and a rear Cateye reflector, to keep safety a priority.
Handlebars
54 cm wide for stable riding, black anodised for maximum durability, lightweight and adjustable, with a thinner grip to suit little hands and the inclusion of a locking clamp to keep the grips safely in place.
A bell and front (and rear) Cateye reflectors are included and arrive already attached.
Headset and Stem
A NECO 28.6 mm threadless headset with sealed bearings for durability, designed to withstand the rugged Australian outdoors.
A lightweight stem with 40 mm extension and 3-degree rise, ensuring a secure connection between the handlebars and the headset with a sleek, rounded design.
Brakes
Tektro J310 V-brakes front and rear with child friendly Tektro micro-reach JL-350 brake levers for maximum quality and longevity.

Bike size guide
The base 20 is generally ideal for kids aged 5.5 to 8 years, or between 113cm and 133cm tall.
We recommend a minimum inseam of 52cm, but for new or cautious riders, or if you are intending to use the pedal bike in balance bike mode initially (without the pedals), an inseam of at least 55cm will offer more comfort and confidence.

Assembly - 10mins box to ride
The bike comes almost ready-to-roll. For base 16 and base 20, you will just need to attach the pedals and rotate and secure the handlebar.
